1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of black pepper
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 lb lean-ish Ground beef (or pork) – I used 84/16 mix
1 Cup of crushed Buffalo Wing Cheezits (or more to your liking)
1/2 of a large poblano pepper, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/4 head of green cabbage, diced
2 to 3 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of frank’s red hot
1 large egg
3 tablespoons of ketchup
3 tablespoons of BBQ Sauce (I used Oven Pit)
3 tablespoons of Black Garlic Hot Sauce (or whatever you want.)
Preheat oven to 395 (or 400) degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix all ingredients by hand. Make sure well mixed.
In a separate container (small shaker?), mix the topping ingredients together.
Put the mixed meatloaf onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and shape into whatever shape tickles your fancy.
Pour the topping mixture onto the meat.
After meatloaf is covered with topping, sprinkle some coarse ground pepper onto it.
Cook in oven at 395 (or 400) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool a little bit.
Devour. Repeat liberally as you become hopelessly addicted.
